Diana knows a little something about dealing with stress. Native Charlottean and mother of six children she had been meditating for over 6 years with Guru Ranjit before obtaining her teaching certificate.
Diana has shared the practice of meditation with her youngest three children and has seen how it has changed their lives and hers. Because meditation has made such a difference in her family she is passionate about sharing meditation as a tool for relieving stress and staying grounded.
Diana is experienced in teaching meditation to adults as well as children.
In her spare time she travels extensively (mainly in Europe and Central America and all over the U.S.) which has embedded a great cultural and diverse awareness. She embraces this wholeheartedly.
