What is Mindful Teacher Certification?
This eight-week course empowers teachers with the fundamentals for understanding Mindfulness Meditation and bringing that knowledge to their classrooms. With practical knowledge and effective tools you will learn to manage your stress and reduce anxiety while also learning how to teach students the practice.
