Joyful, Confident & Creative
It was never just about meditation, not really. When a kid has a deep, hidden wound it will propel them off the cliff if something isn’t done to heal it. With healing, education can do its job, open up the future. Meditation is a way this kind of healing becomes possible.

Our friend and board member Na’il Diggs with Meaghan Loftus, Principal of Ashley Park K-8 kicking off our Mindfulness Mediation program for the kids in 2018!
Sponsored by former Carolina Panther linebacker Na’il Diggs, Ranjit worked with students at Coulwood Middle School and Randolph IB World School to teach them the basics of mindfulness meditation.
We hope the program will teach students how to deal with their anger, fears and stress in a positive way. The students will learn a new set of skills they can use the rest of their lives.

It was good. I was getting into it. It relaxes you, makes you feel better. If you’re having a bad day, it takes the stress off.
